📋 Description

• Translate business needs, customer feedback, and roadmap items into clear, actionable delivery slices for engineering. • Write business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. • Prioritize, refine, and sequence the product backlog with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. • Convert high-level roadmap items into practical delivery milestones and value slices. • Validate newly developed features against requirements and expected system behavior before release. • Review QA findings and triage defects, requirement gaps, and usability concerns. • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and consolidate business-user and client feedback. • Track delivery schedules, release readiness, risks, blockers, and open functional decisions. • Provide delivery updates and support internal or executive presentations on release progress and tradeoffs. • Prepare customer-facing release notes, documentation, and feature limitation communications for go-to-market efforts. • Bridge communication among product, engineering, QA, customer success, operations, and leadership. • Ensure requirements and release packages adhere to GxP compliance standards, validation protocols, and audit-readiness. • Partner with Compliance and Quality teams to drive process automation. • Track and summarize adoption metrics, usage statistics, and product KPIs to inform feature prioritization.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Agile software development environments as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Data Analytics, or similar role • Strong understanding of SQL, APIs, and JSON • Proficiency using LLMs in day-to-day activities • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare workflow environments • Familiarity with GxP compliance guidelines and validated software environments highly preferred • Proven capability to write structured user stories, non-functional requirements, validation rules, and acceptance criteria • Strong organizational skills and a proven track record of managing a backlog, resolving development blockers, and validating technical deliverables • Must be able to comply with organizational security and privacy policies • OneStudyTeam is unable to sponsor work visas at this time
