📋 Description
• Own delivery, quality assurance, release management, and operational readiness • Ensure working software reaches production reliably and meets the quality bar • Collaborate with the Builder and Architect in a squad triad model • Apply AI-first methodology and tools for testing, quality assurance, and deployment workflows
🎯 Requirements
• 5 plus years in delivery, quality engineering, and/or DevOps roles within fintech, banking, or financial services • Experience working with core banking or digital banking platforms • Strong understanding of complex, regulated environments and financial workflows • Proven ability to ship software reliably in high-stakes, correctness-critical systems • Track record of owning delivery end-to-end, not just executing test scripts.
