📋 Description

• Serve as the client-facing Integration Lead for a Workday ERP implementation supporting the transition from PeopleSoft to Workday • Lead the integration workstream across discovery, planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and issue resolution • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and project leadership regarding integration activities, priorities, risks, and dependencies • Assist the client with vendor management to ensure engagement and implementation readiness • Lead and provide technical direction to integration developers while remaining hands-on in integration design, development, testing, and troubleshooting • Facilitate client integration discovery and design sessions and translate business and technical requirements into scalable Workday integration solutions • Ensure integration deliverables meet established timelines, quality standards, and project requirements • Manage integration scope and client expectations throughout the implementation • Collaborate with client stakeholders, functional leads, technical teams, third-party vendors, and the system integrator • Identify and escalate risks and issues and develop alternative technical or functional approaches when necessary • Review integration designs and deliverables for consistency, quality, security, and alignment with standards • Identify opportunities to improve integration methods, processes, and reusable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of integration consulting or implementation experience, most recently as an Integration Lead or similar capacity • Demonstrated experience leading the integration workstream for a Workday implementation • Hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies, including EIB, Workday Studio, BIRT, Cloud Connect, and Orchestration • Experience leading and providing technical direction to integration developers • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and client expectations • Strong client-facing skills, including leading discovery sessions, clearly communicating technical concepts, and building trust with stakeholders • Demonstrated follow-through on assignments, deliverables, and issue resolution • Ability to produce high-quality deliverables requiring limited refinement or oversight • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience • Workday integration certification preferred • Experience supporting Workday HCM and Financials implementations preferred • Experience with State ERP implementations preferred • Experience supporting a PeopleSoft-to-Workday transformation preferred
