📋 Description

• Grow Onterris’s position in the U.S. market by introducing new opportunities and building sustainable workflow across segments • Translate mining-sector market trends into client development actions • Drive a unified go-to-market strategy and develop compelling client offerings • Represent Onterris in the U.S. mining market across Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Idaho, and Utah • Coordinate U.S., Canadian, and Australian mining teams • Lead mining pursuits and account development • Act as Key Client Leader within Onterris’s Key Client Program • Supervise and assist Key Client Leaders with account plans and strategy • Identify and incubate high-growth accounts for the client pipeline • Manage contract renewals and obtain new customer MSAs • Collaborate across service lines to develop integrated go-to-market solutions • Foster collaboration across divisional sales teams • Monitor mining-sector industry trends, technologies, and regulatory developments • Serve as an expert and trusted advisor to sector clients • Develop a U.S.-focused sales plan and establish annual revenue targets • Build a qualified opportunity pipeline and maintain Salesforce data quality • Recruit a future full-time U.S. Mining Leader • Identify technical capability gaps and recommend solutions • Increase utilization of existing operational resources

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the environmental industry • Track record of success managing large key accounts within a consulting setting • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, or related technical field • Proven ability to lead in a matrixed environment and operate as a trusted client advisor • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Proficiency in strategic account planning, sales forecasting, and CRM management, particularly in Salesforce • Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with ability to challenge the status quo and offer innovative solutions • Willingness and ability to travel domestically, up to 25%
