• Own and deliver regional revenue targets across new logo and expansion business. • Drive consistent execution of enterprise sales methodology across a team of five Enterprise Account Executives. • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and performance reporting. • Personally engage in strategic accounts and high-value opportunities to accelerate deal progression and improve win rates. • Partner with the SVP of Sales to establish metrics, performance standards, and best practices that enable scalable growth. • Represent Ontic in the Region through executive meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships. • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize regional demand generation and field engagement. • Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment in regional deal execution. • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of five Enterprise Account Executives. • Establish a strong, inclusive, and performance-driven culture that reflects Ontic’s core values.
• 5+ years of senior sales leadership experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or related B2B technology sectors. • Proven success leading enterprise Account Executives selling into Fortune 1000 and complex enterprise organizations. • Demonstrated track record of exceeding regional revenue targets in a quota-carrying leadership role. • Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. • Strong analytical and operational discipline, with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance measurement. • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to represent Ontic to C-level audiences and partners. • Experienced in cross-cultural leadership and managing distributed, high-performance teams. • Strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and the ability to translate vision into measurable results. • High integrity, collaborative spirit, and strong alignment with Ontic’s mission and values. • Willingness to travel extensively (50–75% expected) across the region.
