📋 Description

• Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation • Oversees any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems • Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment • Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system • Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline) or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues • Proven ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation • Demonstrated proficiency with standard engineering tools, test equipment, and software • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments • Willingness to travel as required for customer support, training, or project execution
