📋 Description

• Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email, respond to inquiries, and review shipment documentation for accuracy • Manage new order requests and schedule pickups and deliveries according to customer and vendor requirements • Track active shipments in the operations platform and monitor driver updates • Develop flight plans and create air waybill bookings • Track air waybills through airline cargo sites and monitor active flights • Identify cancellations or diversions and develop alternate plans • Coordinate driver performance and investigate delays • Provide leadership with detailed escalations and resolutions

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills • Clear and professional communication skills via phone and email • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes • Industry experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch preferred
