📋 Description

• Conduct behavioral and functional assessments • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans • Analyze data and make data-driven clinical decisions • Supervise and support RBTs and ABA staff • Provide caregiver training and support • Collaborate with families, schools, and other members of the care team • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed • Provide ongoing clinical guidance to RBTs • Complete required clinical documentation • Maintain ethical and professional standards of care

🎯 Requirements

• Current BCBA certification through the BACB • Medicaid Registered • Master's degree or higher in ABA, behavior analysis, psychology, education, special education, or a related field • Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities • Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Collaborative, ethical, and family-centered approach
