📋 Description

• Conduct behavioral and functional assessments • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans • Review data and make informed clinical decisions • Supervise, support, and provide feedback to RBTs and ABA staff • Provide caregiver training and support • Collaborate with families, schools, and other members of the care team • Monitor client progress and make programming changes when needed • Provide ongoing clinical guidance to the RBT team • Complete required clinical documentation • Maintain ethical and professional standards of care

🎯 Requirements

• Current BCBA certification through the BACB • Medicaid Registered or ability to register • Master’s degree or higher in ABA, behavior analysis, psychology, education, special education, or a related field • Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting • Collaborative, ethical, and family-centered approach • Bilingual Spanish is preferred • Candidates who speak Native American languages are strongly encouraged to apply
