📋 Description

• Conduct live virtual parent-coaching sessions, including real-time family dinner coaching via Zoom • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans based on caregiver concerns and intake information • Deliver structured content through MomVersity's Live Learning Hub • Provide individualized 1:1 caregiver feedback • Facilitate weekly small-group coaching sessions with up to 8 families • Conduct initial intake calls and develop individualized family support plans • Maintain timely clinical documentation in accordance with insurance and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with the clinical team on caseload updates, client progress, and program development • Ensure compliance with applicable state-specific licensure and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Active BCBA certification in good standing (required) • Active or eligible for licensure in Georgia and/or other states served; multi-state licensure is a plus • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and their families • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to coach caregivers effectively • Self-motivated and organized • Comfortable working independently • Reliable internet connection • Private, HIPAA-compliant telehealth workspace • Telehealth experience preferred, but not required
