📋 Description

• Actively prospect creators on Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms • Evaluate profiles based on metrics such as engagement, audience quality, content consistency, and conversion potential • Execute personalized, scalable outreach • Manage the recruitment funnel: identification, contact, evaluation, and approval • Build and maintain a segmented influencer database • Detect trends, formats, and new profiles with high potential • Measure and optimize response, approval, and activation rates

🎯 Requirements

• Experience sourcing or managing influencers, affiliates, or creators • Analytical ability to assess performance metrics • Strong execution skills and organization • Clear and persuasive written communication • Familiarity with search tools (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, databases)
