📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of paid advertising campaigns, including campaign creation, optimization, and creative testing • Identify problems and advertising tactics to improve campaign performance, efficiency, and lead quality • Manage ad spend to keep campaigns on budget while meeting performance targets • Guide creation of campaign content, including ads, web pages, and screening forms • Support marketing plans and strategies through digital marketing projects • Collaborate with the Customer Success team and provide updates on developments affecting campaign performance • Perform quality assurance checks on creative assets and campaign setups before launch • Contribute ideas for product features, marketing analytics, and study-performance optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience in digital marketing • 2+ years of professional experience in a digital marketing role • Hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) • Solid understanding of paid digital channels including social, search, display, and video • Track record of driving leads through paid advertising while successfully managing multiple campaigns or clients • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to synthesize complex or technical information into clear, compelling ad copy and messaging • Ability to analyze performance metrics, draw insights, and use findings to make decisions • Highly organized with ability to manage several campaigns or initiatives concurrently • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills • Comfortable using AI tools • Preferred: Experience with Google Ads or programmatic advertising platforms • Preferred: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or similar • Preferred: Experience in data analysis and translating findings into actionable recommendations • Preferred: Experience with A/B testing and creative experimentation
