📋 Description

• Support students through their educational journey • Work directly with students and families for encouragement, accountability, and individualized support • Provide guidance and support through regular synchronous work with students • Grading responsibilities aligned with program expectations • Participate in IEP meetings as needed and collaborate with relevant stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Current teaching certification in Kansas • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong understanding that every child is unique and benefits from individualized learning • Kind, organized, patient, and a dependable communicator • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.) • Confidence in the ability to learn various online tools, systems, and programs • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision • Access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam • Eligible to work in the U.S. (but can live/work from any pre-approved location)
