📋 Description

• Provide virtual individual psychotherapy primarily to adult clients • Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans • Support clients presenting with behavioral health and life concerns • Deliver evidence-guided, culturally responsive, client-centered care • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation • Collaborate with the broader care team as appropriate • Practice within applicable professional, licensing, and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted California clinical license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) • Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care • Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms • Passion for providing culturally responsive, client-centered care • Ability to maintain a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability • Experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients • Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, or other common adult behavioral health needs • Telehealth experience • Additional language proficiency; Spanish is highly desirable • Experience working with diverse or underserved populations • Membership in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or PSYPACT compacts, where applicable • Fully licensed California therapist; associate-level applicants are not accepted
