📋 Description

• Provide virtual psychotherapy to couples, partners, and/or families • Assess relational and family-system needs and develop individualized treatment plans • Support clients with communication, conflict, relationship transitions, parenting, intimacy, and other relational concerns • Apply evidence-guided relational or systemic approaches appropriate to training and scope of practice • Deliver culturally responsive, client-centered care • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation • Collaborate with the broader care team as appropriate • Practice within applicable professional, licensing, and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) • Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care • Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms • Passion for providing culturally responsive, client-centered care • Ability to maintain a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability • Experience providing couples, relationship, and/or family therapy preferred • Training or experience in relational, systemic, or family-based approaches preferred • Experience addressing communication, conflict, relationship transitions, parenting, or family-system concerns preferred • Telehealth experience preferred • Licensure in multiple states preferred • Additional language proficiency; Spanish is highly desirable • Experience working with diverse or underserved couples and families preferred • Associate-level applicants are not currently accepted • Applicants may reside outside California, but must hold an active, unrestricted California clinical license
