📋 Description

• Provide virtual psychotherapy to clients through the telehealth platform • Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans • Deliver evidence-guided, culturally responsive, client-centered care • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation • Collaborate with the broader care team as appropriate • Practice within applicable professional, licensing, and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) • Applicants must be fully licensed; associate-level applicants are not currently accepted • Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care • Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms • Passion for providing culturally responsive, client-centered care • Minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability • Telehealth experience preferred • Licensure in multiple states preferred • Membership in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or PSYPACT compacts preferred • Additional language proficiency preferred; Spanish highly desirable • Experience working with diverse or underserved populations preferred
