📋 Description

• Provide exceptional virtual mental health care through telehealth • Deliver personalized, evidence-based care to diverse and underserved populations • Provide culturally affirming, client-centered psychotherapy • Address the root causes of clients’ emotional challenges • Work within customized Wellness Tracks spanning core symptoms, core life domains, and diverse populations • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians • Participate in an initial 45-minute discovery meeting if qualified

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist) • Fully licensed California provider; associate-level applicants are not accepted • Strong clinical skills • Commitment to evidence-based care • Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms • Passion for culturally responsive, client-centered care • Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 clinical hours per week • Telehealth experience preferred • Licensure in multiple states preferred • Membership in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or PSYPACT compacts preferred • Additional language proficiency, with Spanish highly desirable • Experience working with diverse or underserved populations preferred
