📋 Description

• Foster strong, supportive relationships with clients across age groups to create a safe therapeutic environment • Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy primarily to clients ages 11–24 experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions • Serve adult clients ages 18–60 as an additional opportunity • Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers of younger clients • Work alongside schools, families, and community partners to help clients thrive • Manage recurring sessions on your own schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credential in the State of California • Fully licensed clinicians only; associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible • Passion for mental health across the lifespan • Demonstrated commitment to culturally responsive, equitable care • Experience working with teens and youth ages 11–24 in clinical or school settings • Experience with adult populations is a plus • Comfortable with telehealth • Experience providing telehealth services • Minimum caseload of 5 sessions per week • Availability to set hours Monday to Sunday, 8am–8pm PT; weekends optional
