📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of donors through identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and renewal • Find and close new revenue opportunities, primarily corporate and foundation opportunities • Partner with the broader Development Team on a connected and holistic development strategy • Activate national partnerships at the regional level • Partner with the Marketing Team to produce stewardship and impact communication materials for regional donors • Build, cultivate, and steward relationships with established and prospective regional corporate and foundation donors • Manage all aspects of the moves management process for assigned portfolio relationships • Implement the broader Operation Homefront development strategy with the Development Team • Draft and maintain the regional revenue pipeline • Regularly update the Senior Regional Director of Development • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred • Master’s degree a plus • 3 years’ experience in non-profit fundraising and marketing desired • Experience with military families and programs preferred • Experience with grant writing preferred • Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) preferred • Microsoft Office 365 • Valid Driver’s License • MVR – Motor Vehicle Report (annual) • Criminal background check • 100/300/100 personal auto coverage • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds • Ability to drive a motor vehicle and travel as needed • May be required to work after hours, including weekends and holidays • Candidate must submit to criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and education verification
