📋 Description

• Process and reconcile invoices and payments • Manage supplier and customer account queries, helping fix issues quickly • Track and follow up overdue invoices while keeping relationships positive • Keep our finance systems accurate and up to date • Work closely with our UK finance team and wider operations on process improvements • Support month-end tasks and reporting as you grow with the role

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in finance admin, AP, AR or bookkeeping (1 year plus) • Confidence using accounting tools like QuickBooks, Xero or similar • Good with spreadsheets and comfortable working with data • Strong attention to detail and able to stay organised when things get busy • A proactive communicator who enjoys solving problems and helping people • Experience with US taxes, cross-border transactions or tech startups is a nice bonus, not a requirement.
