📋 Description

• Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH. • Customize the care for each patient. • Perform individual psychotherapy, as well as family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed. • Focus on the patient’s care without the hassle or any additional on-call responsibilities. • Spend time on clinical care and documentation, while the support team handles billing, collections, and credentialing.

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in the state of Arizona is required, with the ability to practice independently. • Licensure in the state(s) of Massachusetts and/or Colorado preferred.
