📋 Description

• Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH • Adjust treatment plans to accommodate individual patient care • Engage with a variety of team members including physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals (LICSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHP) • Customize patient care and determine visit frequency and duration • Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities • Handle clinical care and documentation following treatment sessions • Collaborate with back-office support team on billing, collections, etc.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensure in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner • Experience working with persons who have various behavioral health issues such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments under the supervision of a consulting psychiatrist(s) • Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) (preferred) • We welcome new graduates!
