📋 Description

• Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH. • Provide outpatient behavioral health services to patients. • Work collaboratively with physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed mental health professionals. • Customize care for each patient and manage medication and psychotherapy. • Create your own custom schedule with the focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensure in Colorado and/or Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner • Experience working with persons who have various behavioral health issues (mood disorders, anxiety disorders, etc.) • Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) preferred • Willingness to customize care for each patient
