• Provide technical support and direction for our Substation Design Team • Creating electrical protection & control and/or physical design deliverables • Responsible for technical leadership and oversight of substation engineering and consulting services for clients across the US • Support creation of proposals and scope development • Participate in project conceptualization, work planning, and project execution • Perform quality reviews for other engineers and designers
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from accredited college or university, or a related field with equivalent experience • 7+ years related experience for Senior Engineer I • 10+ years related experience for Senior Engineer II • 15+ years related experience and PE required for Senior Engineer III • Proficiency with NESC, IEEE, and other relevant codes and standards • Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills • Proficient with current software applications used to perform substation design work • Ability to successfully work with remotely located team members
