• Serve as a subject matter expert in stem cell transplantation, cell therapy, and cellular immunotherapy • Build and maintain scientific relationships with academic experts, thought leaders, HCPs, and access stakeholders within the territory • Prepare and maintain territory management plans • Support treatment-center onboarding, adverse-event reporting, out-of-spec product handling, and payer medical education • Assess the transplant and cell therapy landscape and identify scientific trends, evidence gaps, and research opportunities • Lead the Investigator-Sponsored Trial program from concept development through study oversight, publication planning, and results dissemination • Gather and communicate scientific insights and stakeholder feedback to leadership and cross-functional partners • Provide scientific and clinical expertise at advisory boards, investigator meetings, educational meetings, and other stakeholder engagements • Support clinical trial patient recruitment, enrollment, and safe and effective product use in accordance with GCP and regulatory standards • Lead collection, analysis, synthesis, and dissemination of scientific information from congresses and scientific exchange • Support health outcomes, real-world evidence, and payer/provider engagement strategies • Execute projects supporting scientific, clinical, and business operations across research, clinical development, commercial, market access, regulatory, and quality functions • Provide therapy and disease-state education and training to commercial marketing and sales teams
• Advanced clinical degree in a life-science or basic-science discipline: MD, DO, PharmD, NP, PA, DNP, M.Sc, or Ph.D. • Industry experience as a Medical Science Liaison • Significant clinical and/or industry experience in malignant hematology, HSCT, cellular therapy, CAR-T, immune effector cell therapies, and/or other advanced therapy modalities • Strong understanding of the cell therapy ecosystem, including transplant center operations, apheresis, cell processing workflows, treatment-center authorization, patient referral pathways, and competitive cell therapy products • Strong understanding of clinical development, regulatory requirements, and commercial strategies • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to interpret and present complex scientific data to diverse audiences • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional colleagues • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • 5+ years of industry experience as an MSL (preferred experience) • Experience with field medical launch planning, execution, and post-launch support • Direct experience supporting cell therapy, stem cell transplantation, CAR-T, or other advanced therapeutic platforms • Experience in a small biotech company or start-up environment • Candidate must reside in Florida, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, or Arkansas
