• Provide medical and scientific support for Organon’s Dermatology programs • Engage in scientific exchange with healthcare professionals, managed markets customers, academic institutions, clinical investigators, and other stakeholders • Identify, develop, and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals, organizations, advocacy groups, payers, decision makers, and stakeholders • Maintain clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in dermatology • Present balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue on Organon’s products • Collaborate on scientific communication plans, medical materials, and research activities • Facilitate investigator-initiated trials and collaborate with Clinical Development on investigator selection, relationships, and site performance/recruitment • Support scientific training for Commercial and internal colleagues • Provide expertise for speaker training and advisory boards • Represent Organon at national and regional medical meetings • Respond to unsolicited medical information requests in accordance with policies and documentation requirements • Deliver clinical support and data presentations regionally and nationally
• PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA or equivalent education • 5 years of clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience • Dermatology or Allergy/Immunology experience preferred • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals, decision makers, and organizations • Excellent interpersonal skills in individual and group settings • Strong communication and presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to identify medical engagement opportunities and drive scientific engagement goals • Understanding of clinical research methodologies • Ability to independently evaluate and translate scientific material effectively and credibly • Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally up to approximately 50% • Strong written and oral communication skills • Experience presenting key messages to broad audiences, including senior stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple programs, prioritize activities, and work independently • Ability to satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including vaccination prerequisites • Valid driving license field is listed, but no explicit requirement is provided
