📋 Description

• Create and maintain AI governance policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements • Identify potential organizational risks and evaluate their severity and likelihood • Conduct AI model risk assessments covering bias, explainability, data quality, and security • Monitor third-party AI tools and manage vendor risk • Support internal and external audits related to AI systems • Coordinate with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Technology teams • Build organizational awareness of AI governance requirements • Support teams in implementing compliant AI practices • Lead risk assessments and controls design • Utilize AI/ML knowledge to support governance activities • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in information security with a focus on IT audit and/or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) • Proficiency in risk management software and tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent team player • Preferred: Experience with ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, and SSAE 18/SOC audits • Preferred: Relevant security or security audit and compliance certifications, such as Security+, CISA, CRISC, or CISSP • Deep knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including model types, training, deployment, bias, and explainability • Knowledge of regulatory requirements including GDPR and ISO 42001
