📋 Description

• Deliver complex programs of agentic AI solutions from requirements through production • Lead AI deployments alongside construction project teams and drive adoption • Lead business architecture reviews and deliver custom AI solutions mapped to customer operating models • Assess customer construction data readiness and design AI data pipelines • Structure disparate data sources into knowledge graphs and establish data-quality and governance practices • Build simple to moderately complex AI solutions using modern tooling • Lead strategic conversations with key construction decision-makers • Travel to customer sites for workshops, hackathons, and executive reviews • Partner with forward-deployed engineers to move use cases from concept to adoption and measurable value • Work cross-functionally with account managers, customer success engineers, and solutions engineers across strategic and enterprise accounts • Partner with Product and Engineering to relay customer experience, resolve product issues, and close product gaps

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, another engineering discipline, business administration, data science, computer science, or a related field • 5+ years in customer success, AI solutions, solutions engineering, construction or project management, project engineering, or a similar capacity requiring regular, direct interaction with the construction industry • Hands-on technical ability with LLMs, agents, prompting, search/retrieval, knowledge graphs, SQL, APIs, and data pipelines • Exceptionally strong communication skills with senior construction decision-makers • Strong program and project management discipline • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and drive cross-functional execution without formal authority • Curiosity, creativity, determination, adaptability, and proactive initiative • Eagerness to learn technology and the construction domain • Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 50% for onsite workshops, hackathons, and executive reviews • Direct construction industry experience, familiarity with the Procore platform, and prior forward-deployed, field-facing, or customer-embedded technical experience are desired but not required
