📋 Description

• Provide field training to Orthofix sales representatives and distributors on the use and promotion of Orthofix devices • Train healthcare providers in clinic and office settings • Assist with training, development, marketing, and utilization of current and new distribution channels • Support sales representatives and distributors with territory analysis • Act as a liaison with the Order to Cash team, including Order Entry, Insurance Administrators, Appeals, Patient Care Billing, Customer Service, National Accounts, and Corporate Accounts • Serve as the bone growth stimulation expert and conduct consultative sales efforts • Develop technical and selling skills and maintain expertise in the Orthofix stimulation market and products • Execute directions from the Director of Training and Education • Communicate with the Director of Training and Regional Vice Presidents about territory analysis, sales progress, challenges, support, and sales activity • Assist sales representatives and distributors with physician-office and hospital-account calls in partnership with Territory Managers • Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and evaluating sales personnel • Facilitate annual product certification • Attend home-office and online training modules and participate in sales training programs as needed • Collaborate with Sales Administration, National Accounts, and Corporate Accounts • Maintain records according to company policy • Adhere to Orthofix Integrity Advantage compliance guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Must live near a major airport • Full working knowledge of DME bone stimulation • Working knowledge of third-party billing • Full working knowledge of insurance guidelines, Medicare, and self-pay • Knowledge of the bone growth stimulation market and product features and benefits • Exceptional technical competence in product knowledge and use • Ability to explain and present clinical data to individuals or larger groups • Verifiable success and job stability in a related medical sales capacity or equivalent • Ability to train, coach, and motivate others based on individual needs • Strong sales coaching skills • Bachelor's degree preferred • Ability to effectively work in a changing environment • Ability to lift and transport products, literature, and training materials regularly • Lifting capacity of approximately 20–30 pounds • Ability to travel approximately 50% by plane, car, etc. • Bending, stooping, turning, and standing required daily • Extended standing during training classes
