📋 Description

• Orvix Engineering is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. • In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top-tier engineering talent that aligns with Orvix Engineerings values of innovation, quality, and collaboration. • You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we continue to hire the best talent to drive our engineering excellence forward. • This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where your ability to source, evaluate, and manage relationships with candidates will have a direct impact on the companys success. • Note: The role is strictly for candidates within the United states.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within engineering or technical fields. • Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates. • In-depth knowledge of sourcing tools, social media platforms, job boards, and networking strategies. • Strong understanding of engineering roles, technical qualifications, and industry-specific requirements. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines. • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools. • A proactive and adaptable attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Experience recruiting for a variety of engineering roles (e.g., civil, mechanical, electrical, software).
