📋 Description

• Support the technical infrastructure that includes hardware, software, and cloud service provider components • Map the relationship between IT platform/Infrastructure components • Identify key technology interactions and dependencies across systems/platforms • Investigate and analyze problems to identify root causes and ensure timely resolution • Design and implement system monitoring and performance optimization solutions • Design, implement, and maintain backup strategies • Maintain security and integrity controls • Prepare written technical documentation, training material, standards, and reports • Evaluate and recommend procurements of hardware and software • Support Disaster Recovery/Continuity of Operations (DR/COOP) exercises

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 or more years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to pass a background and drug screening • Must have identification compliant with the Real ID Act at the time of hire • Must be able to obtain Department of Energy PIV badge • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance • Experience with Identity Management with products, such as Entra ID, OKTA, and Ping Identity • Knowledge with Active Directory, ADFS, Group Policy Management, Identity Management, AZURE ecosystem, Zero Trust principles
