📋 Description

• Provide medical care virtually by phone and message • Provide patient care according to Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices, and policies • Focus on efficient, high-quality care delivery • Ensure patient access to virtual urgent care services • Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and providers across service lines, including primary care and health assessments • Re-imagine diagnosis, treatment, and virtual follow-up for members

🎯 Requirements

• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from accredited program • Board Certification (Nurse Practitioner: ANCC, PA: Physician Assistant-Certified) • Bilingual in Spanish; must read, write, and speak Spanish • Must successfully complete a verbal and written fluency assessment • Current full practice licensure in at least 3 of FL, TX, OH, NJ, or GA, active when submitting application • Ability to be licensed in additional states with employer assistance • 3+ years of experience in primary care, urgent care, ER, or outpatient family medicine practice • 2+ years of telehealth experience
