📋 Description

• Connect with potential clients, establishing trust and rapport from the first interaction • Assess each potential client’s situation and present the best course of action and how TORKLAW can support their journey to justice • Communicate via phone, text, chat, and email with clarity, empathy, and professionalism • Perform accurate data entry and maintain diligent follow-up throughout the potential case intake process • Collaborate in a supportive team environment while working autonomously • Transition newly retained clients to the team handling their cases

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required • Ideally 1+ year of experience in a similar role, or equivalent education • Computer literate and proficient with standard office productivity software • Effective team player • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Problem-solving ability to handle challenging situations • Friendly and approachable demeanor • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Previous experience in customer service or administration preferred
