📋 Description

• Assist selling dealers and repair facilities with filing claims using systematic listening and probing • Respond to inbound calls and written correspondence from customers, selling dealers, repair facilities, and financial institutions • Provide policy administration and technical claim support for vehicle service contracts and insurance programs including GAP and Tire & Wheel • Achieve customer satisfaction when handling contract and claim matters • Research existing case information using manuals, databases, or contacts • Partner with selling dealers, repair facilities, retail customers, and financial institutions

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and French • High school diploma or GED equivalent • 0+ years of experience required • 2+ years of experience in the automotive repair industry preferred • Automotive mechanical background or experience as an auto mechanic, dealership service manager, service technician, service or parts personnel, or auto retail employee • Recent graduates with technical degrees/certifications in automotive technology considered • Strong mechanical background • Ability to communicate effectively with repair facilities • Problem-solving, negotiation, and quick decision-making abilities • Ability to manage conflicting priorities • Knowledge of computer basics and navigation of technical platforms • Must pass a virtual mechanical test as part of the interview process
