📋 Description

• Work warm leads consisting of motivated English- and Spanish-speaking customers who have reached out to save money on their auto loan • Explain auto loan refinance options • Connect customers with lending partners • Offer add-on protection products such as GAP and warranty coverage • Collect documentation needed to fund loans • Clearly explain the financial benefits of refinancing • Guide customers through the process and close deals in their preferred language • Follow a structured process, call script, and checklist • Participate in a 60-day hands-on training program • Work Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM CT; evening and weekend work may be required as duties demand

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required • 2+ years of experience in a sales-based and/or metrics-driven work environment • Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to be on the phone 5+ hours daily • Ability to follow process and execute a call script and checklist • Experience in call centers, credit unions, collections, and/or retail preferred • Proven success meeting or exceeding metrics while working remotely preferred • High attention to detail • Ability to learn, adapt, and be coachable • Basic computer skills with the ability to manage a dual-monitor setup across multiple systems • Legally authorized to work in the United States
