📋 Description

• Conduct behavioral and functional analytic assessments focused on caregiver strengths, needs, and intervention opportunities within daily routines • Develop and oversee individualized, caregiver-mediated ABA treatment plans prioritizing functional outcomes and natural environment teaching • Coach, model, and provide real-time feedback to caregivers • Collaborate with families to set meaningful goals and build caregiver competence and confidence • Monitor client and caregiver progress, adjust treatment plans, and make data-driven decisions using caregiver-collected and session-based data • Translate clinical concepts into practical guidance for everyday caregiver implementation • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, caregiver progress, and client outcomes • Plan for generalization, maintenance, and appropriate discharge • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and organizational policies

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Autism Spectrum Disorder • Demonstrated ability to provide clinical supervision and mentorship • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear and concise chat-based communication • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and relationship-building skills • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficiency with data systems, telehealth platforms, and digital tools • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards • Located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NC, NV, UT, OK, or CO • Ability to work within the hours of 9am-6pm MT • Bilingual English/Spanish • Active BCBA certification • Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with a pediatric population • Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting functional assessments and developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans • At least 1 year of telehealth supervision experience
