📋 Description

• Deliver quality primary and urgent care to Oscar members via phone, video, and asynchronous messaging • Serve as a supervising physician to other Advanced Practice Providers • Provide virtual medical care to a panel of patients aged 18+ in alignment with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices, and policies • Support urgent care needs in the 24/7 urgent care clinic • Collaborate with MAs, RNs, BH, CM, and other providers across service lines • Provide supervision and prescriptive authority to APPs and perform quality assurance • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Perform other duties as assigned • Report to the Medical Director, Oscar Primary Care

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold an active medical license in a state that participates in the IMLCC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) • Board licensed in TN and FL • MD or DO from an accredited medical school • Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds • Must be fluent in Spanish (Read, Write & Speak) • 3+ years experience in an in-person outpatient primary care office (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Med/Peds) • Must reside in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, or Washington D.C. • 7:00 am–3:00 pm EST, five days per week, with one weekend every four weeks • 2+ years of Telemedicine experience (bonus points) • Licensed in other Oscar states (bonus points)
