📋 Description

• Deliver quality care to patients on Oscar's platforms via phone and video • Serve as a supervising physician to Advanced Practice Providers • Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state by state regulations • Provide medical care virtually by phone, video, and message in alignment with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices, and policies • Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Report to the Director, Virtual Health Assessment • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine • MD or DO from an accredited medical school • Fluent in Spanish (Read, Write & Speak) • MUST be licensed in TN AND either TX or FL • Active IMLCC or eligible to apply • Willingness to be licensed in additional states with our assistance, working with our licensing vendor • 3+ years experience in an outpatient family or internal medicine practice • Experience with value based care documentation standards • 8hr or 10hr shifts • 1 late day (working shift ending at 8p EST) required per week • 1 Saturday shift required per quarter
