📋 Description

• Provide high quality care for patients in a virtual setting • Collaborate with Physicians and/or Advanced Practice Leads on the Care Team for complex patients • Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed loop communication with patients and other providers • Use tooling for virtual exams, including remote home monitoring equipment, remote physical exam, and remote point of care diagnostics • Participate in a collaborative care model with registered nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, behavioral health clinicians, and clinical supervisors • Participate in required patient-care meetings, including huddles, case conferencing, and regular service line All Hands • Provide feedback to improve operational workflows and product features • Comply with applicable laws and regulations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• MD/DO from accredited program • Board Certification (ER/FM/IM) • Spanish fluency (read, write, and speak) • 3+ years of outpatient urgent care or emergency department experience • 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care/telemedicine • Must be onboarded with active licenses in both Tennessee and Florida via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) • Willingness to be licensed in additional states with assistance from the licensing vendor • Compact license from IMLCC or eligibility for a compact license • Full, unrestricted medical license in a state that is a member of the Compact if eligible for a compact license
