📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end operational excellence using a cross-functional lens and subject matter expertise • Measure, monitor, and execute initiatives to reduce operational, financial, compliance, and regulatory risks • Manage multiple large cross-functional work groups and optimize end-to-end program processes • Lead, oversee, and coordinate projects, products, and strategic initiatives • Drive program standardization, operationalization, issue resolution, and root cause analysis • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on efficiency, training resources, and process decisions • Develop, present, and maintain executive reporting materials for senior leadership • Develop subject matter expertise in methodologies, major terms, and program operations • Identify risks and improvement opportunities for new programs • Organize meeting notes, action items, decisions, and follow-ups • Perform contracting and operational implementation as assigned • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience • 6+ years of program and project management in the healthcare space • 6+ years experience in change management and process improvement and implementation • 6+ years of professional experience in provider data or provider network operations within a health insurance company
