📋 Description

• Act as the primary client liaison throughout customer-facing EHR implementation projects • Lead multiple enterprise customer implementations simultaneously • Partner with customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver complex implementations across multiple locations and markets • Understand customer business and technical needs • Lead project kick-off meetings • Define project scope and develop project plans, including goals, outcomes, deliverables, timelines, and resources • Manage project budgets, resources, communications, schedules, and deliverables • Coordinate implementation activities across customer stakeholders, locations, and internal teams • Provide leadership and support to the implementation team and review deliverables • Monitor and report project progress, challenges, and recommended solutions • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate concerns as appropriate • Ensure successful implementation and adoption of PointClickCare solutions and transition to ongoing support • Report on deployments, schedules, budgets, and revenue using internal processes and tools • Manage competing priorities across multiple customer engagements • Share project management knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned • Contribute to Professional Services goals and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing complex software implementations, ideally supporting enterprise or multi-site customers • Strong leadership, relationship-building and communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to self-manage, prioritize competing demands and deliver quality outcomes • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and ways of working • Ability to leverage AI and emerging tools to innovate, solve problems and improve project and customer outcomes • Previous healthcare technology experience, including EHR, EMR, Pharmacy solutions, and/or PointClickCare experience is an asset but not required • Solid understanding of systems design is an asset • PMP or PRINCE2 designation is an asset
