📋 Description

• Lead product development for Oscar Virtual Care, improving member access to care and clinician delivery workflows • Define and execute the Virtual Care product strategy and roadmap • Prioritize investments based on affordability, clinical outcomes, member experience, and operating efficiency • Lead discovery with members, clinicians, and operations teams using user research and data analysis • Improve the member journey from care access through visits and follow-up • Reduce friction in intake and scheduling and improve visit completion • Build clinician tools for reviewing medical history, documenting encounters, addressing care gaps, and ordering tests and treatments • Evaluate AI and automation opportunities to reduce administrative work while maintaining clinical quality • Define success metrics and measure clinical, financial, and operational impact • Align clinical, operations, engineering, design, and data science partners • Own complex initiatives from problem definition through delivery • Write requirements, manage dependencies and risks, and resolve cross-team issues • Mentor junior product team members • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Perform other duties as assigned • Report to a Director, Product Management

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience collaborating cross-functionally among engineers, designers, operations experts, and others in a Product Management or Product Management-adjacent role • 4+ years of experience driving rigorous prioritization processes • 4+ years of experience with tech systems and understanding basic technology infrastructure such as backend services, database relationships, and leveraging database tools such as SQL • 2+ years of experience leading complex, cross-domain initiatives • 2+ years of experience root-causing ambiguous problems, building roadmaps towards a solution, and successfully executing against that roadmap • 1+ years of experience building clinician-facing experiences (bonus points)
