📋 Description

• Own insights generation and follow-up for a major business unit, serving as the first point of contact for Sr. Managers and Associate Directors • Analyze data to support business teams in making better informed, data-driven decisions • Tell data-driven stories for non-technical colleagues by packaging and presenting findings clearly, concisely and compellingly • Identify needs and define requirements for enhancing operational and analytical dashboards • Create models and tools to identify healthcare inefficiencies and generate insights to remove them • Collaborate across the organization and own stakeholder relationships with managers and senior managers to identify improvement actions and monitor initiative impact • Support strategic projects as assigned • Comply with applicable laws and regulations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical work experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports • 2+ years demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and distill analyses into relevant insights with a structured and systematic thought process • Strong verbal and written communication skills around business reporting impact and requirements, demonstrated by 5+ examples/projects of presenting analysis to Leadership (Director+) • 2+ years experience in SQL, with ability to filter, aggregate, and build CTEs, or proficiency in R or Python, including experience with Pandas, for loops, and statistical tests • 1+ years experience with Google Sheets or Excel, including VLookup, nested if statements and connected Sheets • 1+ years experience in healthcare, finance or the insurance industry
