📋 Description

• Own insights generation and follow-up for a major business unit • Serve as the first point of contact for Senior Managers and Associate Directors • Analyze data to support business teams in making informed, data-driven decisions • Tell stories with data for non-technical colleagues • Package and present findings clearly, concisely, and compellingly • Identify needs and define requirements for enhancing operational and analytical dashboards • Create models and tools to identify healthcare inefficiencies and generate insights to remove them • Collaborate across the organization and own stakeholder relationships with managers and senior managers • Identify actions to achieve improvements and monitor initiative impact • Support strategic projects as assigned • Report to the Senior Director, Pharmacy Program Management

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical work experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports • 2+ years demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and distill analyses into relevant insights with a structured and systematic thought process • Strong verbal and written communication skills around business reporting impact and requirements, demonstrated by 5+ examples/projects of presenting analysis to Leadership (Director+) • 2+ years experience in SQL, with ability to filter, aggregate, and build CTEs, or proficiency in R or Python, including experience with Pandas, for loops, and statistical tests • 1+ years experience with Google Sheets or Excel, including VLookup, nested if statements, and connected Sheets • 1+ years experience in healthcare, finance, or the insurance industry • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
