📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery with prospective customers and uncover integration, data architecture, and risk decisioning requirements • Architect and deliver proof-of-concept implementations using Oscilar’s platform • Design and present tailored solution architectures, API integration patterns, data pipelines, and agent workflows • Contribute to technical RFP sections, security questionnaires, and integration feasibility assessments • Serve as the primary technical voice during customer evaluations • Own end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, including integration design, data mapping, agent workflow configuration, and user acceptance testing • Configure and optimize Oscilar’s AI agents and decisioning rules • Use AI coding tools to prototype scripts, build automations, parse logs, and debug integrations • Serve as primary technical point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle • Lead technical health reviews, identify performance gaps, and drive escalations to resolution • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Account Executives on technically grounded proposals • Lead technical enablement sessions and customer training • Design and deploy multi-step agentic workflows for onboarding, fraud investigation, credit decisioning, case management, alert triage, and compliance monitoring • Configure agent parameters, field mappings, matching thresholds, and disposition policies through Oscilar’s UI • Evaluate customer data infrastructure, model outputs, and decisioning logic to improve production performance and reliability • Craft and refine LLM prompts for accurate, auditable, and compliant behavior • Participate in agent backtesting against historical case data • Guide customers on agentic AI strategy, automation decisions, human-in-the-loop oversight, and effectiveness measurement • Apply and communicate agent evaluation concepts including evals, golden datasets, and false-positive feedback loops • Synthesize deployment patterns into product feedback, feature requests, and gap analyses • Create reusable implementation playbooks, workflow templates, and integration accelerators • Participate in roadmap discussions as the voice of the field

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Forward Deployed Engineer within an agentic AI, B2B SaaS, or fintech company • Demonstrated track record of owning technical implementations from initial scoping through production go-live • Strong command of REST APIs, webhooks, ETL, event streaming, and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake • Proficiency in SQL • Fluency with JSON, data schemas, and enterprise integration architectures • Deep hands-on experience with LLMs such as Claude or GPT, including prompt refinement, log analysis, agent debugging, and translating business requirements into AI task instructions • Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, or similar • Ability to combine prompt-driven logic with rule-based decisioning and chain AI outputs across workflow steps • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts including orchestration, tool use, memory, human-in-the-loop design, and evaluation frameworks • Ability to configure and troubleshoot complex software platforms using engineering-level thinking • Experience with API testing and prototyping tools such as Postman • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and cloud-native environments • Experience working with financial services customers is strongly preferred • Experience deploying or configuring AI/ML platforms, agentic workflows, or LLM-powered systems in an enterprise environment is a significant advantage
