📋 Description

• Perform end-to-end revenue cycle tasks, including transactions, AR, coding, reconciliations, denials, and appeals • Navigate federal, state, and payer websites to support billing and compliance • Research coding and billing requirements to ensure accurate submissions • Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs and support organizational goals • Participate in committees, mentor junior team members, and support training initiatives • Analyze workflows and recommend best practices using NextGen PM

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of healthcare billing experience • 2+ years' experience with NextGen • Familiarity with clearinghouses and healthcare portals • Proficiency in ICD-10 and CPT coding • Outstanding communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and meet productivity goals • Cable or Fiber Internet with minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps • Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (occasional evenings/weekends)
