📋 Description

• Provide dedicated project management oversight, administration coordination, and trainee support for the MOHERE project and associated grant activities • Foster collaboration with internal and external partners, including the University of Nairobi, Kenya, to facilitate project deliverables • Oversee project planning, resourcing, budgeting, invoicing, progress reporting, project status, and grant compliance • Lead trainee-facing operations, including scholarship appointments, communications, cohort tracking, and feedback collection • Support project planning, coordinate team meetings, compile progress reports, manage project calendars, and coordinate domestic and international travel • Initiate Workday transactions, including requisitions, spend authorizations, expense reports, and reimbursements • Develop presentations, spreadsheets, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders • Coordinate logistics for annual workshops, training modules, and special events • Serve as primary administrative point of contact for the MOHERE PI and key investigators • Oversee MOHERE team communications and trainee progress • Design and distribute evaluation surveys

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 4 years of relevant experience required • Advanced degree in relevant field may be desired • Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check • A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process
