• Report directly to the respective Area Business Lead • Coordinate with cross-functional colleagues in Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support • Serve as the primary point of contact for HCP customers • Conduct proactive outreach to HCPs on product access, on-label information, and established patient care guidance • Engage customers through virtual or digital tools and direct them to colleagues such as MSLs as needed • Facilitate speaker programs • Organize local provider groups to discuss experiences and outcomes with local/regional leaders • Elevate opportunities, feedback, and local market insights to the Area Business Lead • Use competitive data, business reports, sales data, and promotional budgets to track progress and uncover opportunities • Develop near-term territory priorities and business plans • Educate office staff on payer guidelines and reimbursement procedures • Utilize internal support team resources and approved promotional materials • Overcome objections and influence prescribing habits during office calls • Network with territory professional groups and key opinion leaders • Build relationships with office and practice personnel • Provide accurate information and follow through on account needs • Deliver balanced office calls and sales presentations using approved marketing materials and technical references • Demonstrate product knowledge of own product and competition to help HCPs enhance patient outcomes
• Bachelor's degree (BA, BS, or related) • 2+ years of pharmaceutical, medical device, or hospital sales experience • Must reside within a commutable distance of 50 miles from the primary city in the sales territory • Field travel by car, up to 70% of time depending upon size of ecosystem • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment undergoing transformation • Proven track record in coaching, training, and mentoring peers or others • Commitment to ethical business practices and understanding of regulatory standards • Ability to execute business activities in compliance with Company policies and guidance • Ability to assimilate and communicate complex clinical and product information
