⢠3+ years of experience in the Specialist role for the assigned therapeutic area ⢠Significant therapeutic-area-specific or specialized hospital experience may be considered for candidates with less Otsuka experience ⢠Advanced senior-level knowledge of sales capabilities ⢠Advanced territory analytics and business-planning knowledge ⢠High-level proficiency using business data, market conditions, and KOL/network mapping ⢠Understanding of competitive landscapes, payer dynamics, and institutional/IDN influence ⢠Knowledge of payer guidelines and reimbursement procedures ⢠Ability to strategically allocate resources using sales data and promotional budgets ⢠Ability to collaborate effectively with matrixed support teams ⢠Market and industry knowledge in neuroscience ⢠Ability to build relationships with KOLs and healthcare providers ⢠In-depth knowledge of product and competitor products ⢠Ability to use approved promotional materials and customize technical presentations ⢠Business analytics skills for identifying trends and forecasting market changes ⢠Commitment to ethical business practices and regulatory compliance ⢠Ability to execute activities according to company policies and guidance ⢠Willingness to develop proficiency with internal systems and technology
