⢠Engage healthcare providers through in-person, virtual, and digital tools ⢠Provide expertise on products and their approved conditions ⢠Conduct proactive outreach to HCPs regarding product access, on-label information, and established patient care guidance ⢠Direct customers to Customer Service Specialists and other colleagues as needed ⢠Ensure customer requests are met and solicit engagement-quality feedback ⢠Facilitate speaker programs ⢠Organize local provider groups to discuss experiences and outcomes with local and regional leaders ⢠Elevate opportunities, feedback, and local market insights to the Area Business Lead ⢠Collaborate compliantly with the ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call-point plans ⢠Use customer-facing insights to inform local strategy and business goals ⢠Track territory progress and identify opportunities using competitive data, business reports, sales data, and promotional budgets ⢠Educate office staff on payer guidelines and reimbursement procedures ⢠Deliver office calls and sales presentations using approved marketing materials and technical references ⢠Build relationships with office and practice personnel to support patient health and outcomes ⢠Report directly to the Area Business Lead and coordinate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support colleagues
⢠Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience ⢠Must reside within a commutable distance of 50 miles from the primary city in the sales territory ⢠Previous cross-functional industry experience in commercial life sciences or a related industry ⢠4 or more years of experience working in a sales role with healthcare providers, ideally representing multiple products ⢠Ability to work in an ambiguous environment undergoing transformation ⢠Proven track record in coaching, training, and mentoring peers or others ⢠Commitment to ethical business practices and understanding of regulatory standards ⢠Ability to execute business activities in compliance with Company policies and guidance ⢠Ability to assimilate and communicate complex clinical and product information ⢠Knowledge of territory and business conditions impacting sales results ⢠Ability to educate office staff on payer guidelines and reimbursement procedures ⢠Ability to utilize promotional materials effectively ⢠Knowledge of internal support team resources and ability to use them appropriately ⢠Ability to apply market and industry knowledge to overcome objections and influence prescribing habits ⢠Ability to identify territory professional groups and network with potential key opinion leaders ⢠Ability to build relationships with office and practice personnel ⢠Competent knowledge of own products and competition ⢠Ability to deliver balanced office calls and sales presentations using approved marketing materials and technical references
